Judging by the research i have done trying to discover 'Where soccer began'' i have had no succes as it is not sure to whereabouts it has begun.
Some evidence shows that it may have begun in Kyoto (Japan)

But the country overall was England & was founded back in the middle of the 19th century sometime, mostly played in the great public (private) schools of the day.
